Benzone Anti-Bullying Page
I know what it is like to be bullied. Sadness, anger and despair are
no foreign concepts to me, thanks to bullying.
Up to 25 children in the UK alone commit suicide due to bullying, and it
is something that must stop.
Victims of bullying are changed forever - and not generally for the
better.
That's why Benzone is pleased to present it's new anti-bullying
appeal.
This new program will feature anti-bullying poems, stories, and hopefully
more. It will run all-year round, and continue to support
anti-bullying.
There is not much here now, but the program is something that can continue
to grow and flourish.
Bullied to the end
An exclusive poem.
Today I was kicked, pushed and pinched,
Today I was threatened, teased and trapped.
Today it happened, again and again.
Today I was bullied again.
Today I was yelled at as I walked down the street,
Today I was laughed at when my work was praised as neat.
Today it happened, again and again.
Today I was bullied again.
Today I was crying, distraught and alone,
Today I wasn't left alone.
Today it happened, again and again.
Today I was bullied again.
Today I didn't talk as I arrived home,
I sat in my bedroom, out of the bullying zone.
Today it happened, again and again.
What will tomorrow bring?
Today I wasn't bullied, I was left alone,
The bullies didn't hurt me, I was safe, free to roam.
Today it happened, at last, whoopee!
Today I escaped; now I am free.
Today I was buried, beneath the ground,
I took my own life to escape it all.
Now I am unhurt, untouched, and free but just how many victims will end
up dead, like me?
Up to 25 children commit suicide every year in the UK because they
are
being bullied. Should it stop now?
